This week’s Mangala Family gathering, everyone came together to learn the Dhamma and to experience the beauty of loving-kindness (mettā) through the hands-on making of colorful fruit skewers.

Each skewer of fruit was not only a wholesome offering for lunch, but also a symbol of planting seeds of goodness in the heart.

Every rainbow fruit skewer, carefully prepared, became a gift of mettā, spreading loving-kindness to all beings.

Rejoicing in the heartfelt effort of every participant, this journey was filled with meaning and warmth.
