Date: September 13–21, 2025
Venue: Dhamma Earth, Kuala Lumpur
Thanks to the compassion of the Sangha and the abundant supportive conditions—the 9-day, 8-night “Honouring the Teacher, Planting the Seed of Wisdom” Short-Term Ordination Camp 2.0″ has been successfully completed.
We are deeply grateful to Venerable U Maṅgala for kindly serving as our Preceptor (Upajjhāya), and to Venerable U Paññāsami for skillfully guiding our meditation practice. Over 60 participants immersed themselves in monastic life during this camp—drawing close to the Triple Gem, setting aside worldly distractions, abiding mindfully in the present moment, and wholeheartedly studying and practicing the Dhamma, thereby experiencing the peace and purity of renunciation.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Buddha, Dhamma, and Saṅgha; to the venerable monks and nuns; to the management team, Dhamma volunteers, organizing committee, and all devotees near and far whose support made this event possible, as well as to all participants who contributed to its success.
May all the wholesome merits accumulated through this camp serve as supportive conditions leading to the realization of Nibbāna—the ultimate, pure, and lasting happiness!
At least once in life, everyone should undertake one short-term ordination—it is such a rare and precious opportunity, planting a seed of virtue on the path to liberation.
