Venue: Broga Bliss Eco Garden
Date: 13–15 March
The Metta Prenatal Meditation Camp 4.0 concluded beautifully in a peaceful natural setting, with 11 couples (expecting mothers and their partners) taking part in this meaningful 3D2N journey.
Under the guidance of Sayalay Nanadassi and Sayalay Amatagavesi, participants practised loving-kindness meditation (mettā) and integrated Dhamma into daily life and pregnancy, while also experiencing prenatal yoga and benefiting from Western & Traditional Chinese medicine sharing as well as mindful parenting sessions—offering holistic, practical support for both body and mind. Participants shared very positive feedback, feeling relaxed, joyful, and enriched throughout the experience.
A Heartwarming Reunion Day
On the third day (Return Day), we welcomed back three families from previous batches, who returned with their babies to join the half-day program.
We were honoured to have Bhante Mangala offer a Dhamma talk and compassionate guidance, and to bestow Dhamma names upon the babies, creating a deeply warm and meaningful moment filled with blessings.
Our heartfelt gratitude to all speakers, supporters, and volunteers who made this retreat possible. Rejoicing in the wholesome participation of every individual and family—may these merits bring lasting peace, happiness, and well-being to all.
